Job Summary: The Client Service Officer will identify potential buyers of Solar Now products, do installations and offer client satisfaction in accordance with Solar Now Standard Operational Procedures.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Responsible for sales, installation & client relationships

  • The Client Service Officer will market for Solar Now products through generating quality leads by contacting potential buyers of solar systems and fill in the lead form.

  • Lead Conversation: Follow-up on Branch leads (after 1 week) & HQ leads (within 24 hours, from Incoming Media; references, no depositors, rejections and others). Note comments in SAS for easy follow up.

  • Client follow-up: Contact existing clients and offer/get: Replacements; Upgrades; Referrals.

  • Assessment: Fill in the application form and terms, make quotations and decide on payment terms with the client

  • The Client Service Officer will assess credit applicants

  • Receive systems and other products for the branch from Logistics

  • Carry out installations following proper Solar Now procedures

  • Offer timely support to the Service team in preventing and solving cases.

Job Summary: The General Manager IT Service Delivery & Enterprise will maintain and manage all system and application operations for information Systems Group (IS) and ensure that adequate capacity, system availability and excellent user support is provided for multiple MTN Operations within a Shared Services environment. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop the strategy for the service delivery and enterprise applications division in line with global best practice in order to ensure that the organization is viable both internally and externally and as a social and financial entity.
Provide leadership and management with the visibility; control and decision support required to understand and manage the service delivery and enterprise application function; as well as provide the team with the expertise to build their capabilities in order to drive effectiveness and efficiencies within the team.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

At least five to eight years’ experience which includes at least 3 years of relevant technical IT experience in Telecom and applications support and technology delivery must as well have experience at a managerial level.
Four years of IT maintenance experience and managing a competitive multivendor environment is desirable.
In addition the candidate must have good business continuity skills, Business risk management, must have trained in COBIT, GSM, IS Security, ITIL, PMBOK/Prince II.
Solid experience and exposure in applications support and maintenance is desirable.

Job Summary: The Program Support Assistant will support the Program team (Development and Humanitarian operations) to effectively achieve departmental goals and deliver on its outputs and work plan for Uganda.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Offer technical support to the FCA Uganda Program in consultation with the Program and Humanitarian Coordinators
Assist the Program and Humanitarian Coordinators in compilation of reports and other publications for the Country Office;
Stay abreast of the country program and ensure that activities are implemented as per the set Calendar;
The incumbent will support the Program and Humanitarian Coordinators in documentation – including M&E, report writing and proposals development
Regularly review partner reports in consultation with Program Coordinator and give necessary and timely feedback.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The applicant should hold a Bachelor’s degree in, Project Planning and Management, Development Studies, Social Work and Social Administration, Business Administration, Social Sciences and any other related discipline.
Post Graduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation or related field is an added advantage.
At least five years’ experience in working with an INGO in development and humanitarian program related field operation.
Previous experience in implementing programs in both development and humanitarian context is required.
Prior experience in proposal writing and logical framework approach
Past exposure to data collection, monitoring and evaluation and report writing.
Basic understanding of humanitarian approaches and standards.
Keen attention to detail;
Basic knowledge of development cooperation and humanitarian standards;
