Job Summary: The
American Refugee Committee (ARC) Operations Manager will be responsible for
managing all operational support cells (Admin, Procurement, Logistics,
Construction and Security) in Nakivale field office to ensure effective and
timely support to all programme operations.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
candidate should hold a Degree in Logistics or Procurement - A minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Past
working knowledge in procurement, fleet management and security - Possess
the ability to lead a team and skills in capacity building - Good
problem solving and good report writing skills - Significant
experience in working in remote/rural areas - Fluent
in Swahili - Motorbike
riding experience required
