Organisational Support Manager
We are looking for an experienced manager to overview two of Oxfam International’s support departments: HR and Administration departments.
The purpose of the job is to lead in strategic direction and planning relating to progress in the organisational support teams in Human Resources and Administration as a whole in South Sudan. Responsibilities include management at senior level, organisational development, learning and development, talent management, HR business processes, general management and administration.
Duty station: Juba
Start: asap
Duration: 18 months
Salary: £ 26,364 – £ 35,656 net per annum
Hard to Work Allowance: £ 4,000 net per annum
