The MFI

Document/Managed/Enterprise Solutions Ltd is an amalgamation of document

Imaging systems, specialized printing solutions and various document

monitoring. MFI provides a wide range of services including office document

imaging (print, copy, color scan, fax, archive, retrieve), outsourcing (managed

document) by integrating smart MFP technologies seamlessly to customers

network.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

·        
Responsible for the implementation and testing of

telecommunication networks and services

·        
The incumbent will also be tasked with implementing,

monitoring, testing and management of different telecom services – voice, data

and video.

·        
Measuring, analysis and optimization of KPI of

telecom networks and services.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

·        
The Telecom Network Engineer/ Test Engineer should

hold a relevant Master’s Degree and a / or a Post Graduate for PH degree

·        
A minimum of four years’ experience as a Telecom

Network Engineer

·        
Broad knowledge and broad understanding of all state

of art telecom technologies, standards and networks convergence.

·        
The applicant must be a senior expert in OSI Model

of Signaling Protocols: SS7 (MTP;ISUP;TCAP;INAP/MAP); ISDN, V.5; X.25;ATM; FR;

GSM/UMTS (ISUP, MAP.RANAP, RNSAP); SIGTRAN (SS7overlP), VoIP (SIP, H.323, MGCP,

MECAGO); GSM/UMTS stack of signaling protocols.

ALCATEL Network Platform – Intelligent services,

VoIP, GSM/UMTS, Core Network OSS

·        
Demonstrated ability to fulfill multiple tasks in

optimal way;

·        
Broad working knowledge of traditional and newest

telecommunications theory and technologies;
