Bank is licensed as a Tier 1 Commercial Bank after taking over the financial

services business of Uganda Finance Trust Limited (MDI). Finance Trust Bank is

a fully-fledged commercial bank serving a clientele of over 300,000 depositors

and over 27,000’ borrowers, through a network of 36 branches countrywide. The

bank offers a variety of Products and services including; Savings, Current

accounts, Loans, Money transfer services and Bills payments to its target

market which comprises of micro, small and medium entrepreneurs, salary earners

and youth.


Job Summary:  The Human Resource Officer- Recruitment,

Relations, Services and Performance Management will support Finance Trust Bank

in the implementation of talent sourcing, employee services and the performance

management process in line with the HR policy.


Key Duties and Responsibilities: 


·        
Support the recruitment processes of human capital

in line with the HR policy.


·        
Update and maintain the staff list/database and

produce related statistics as required.


·        
The incumbent will also render support in the

implementation of the performance appraisal process.


·        
Implement staff movements’ processes timely and

prepare a summary report of results.


·        
Draft and distribute letters and other communication

as maybe required from time to time.


·        
The job holder will support the implementation of

the reward and recognition processes in line with the HR policy.


·        
Collect and compile all grievances submitted by

staff as per grievance policy.


·        
Actively facilitate all employee relationship

programs for the bank.


·        
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Human

Resource Manager.


Qualifications, Skills and

Experience: 


·        
The ideal candidate for the Banking job should hold

a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management.


·        
At least two years’ experience in a related

position.


·        
Computer literacy skills.


·        
Excellent planning and organizational skills.


·        
Ability to multi-task.


·        
High level of tolerance for stress.


·        
Pleasant personality.


·        
Positive attitude


·        
Highly degree of flexibility.


·        
High self-drive.


·
