Export Sales Executive – Roofings Limited - 2015

Roofings Limited is looking for a suitably qualified candidate to take up the position of Export Sales Executive.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Coordinating between Factory and clients outside Uganda
2. Market Development: Getting new orders / Clients.
3. Market Follow up: Constant monitoring of international customer/market behavior and reporting.
4. Market Research: Collecting information relevant to our products/ competitor products in the regional market and updating reports.
5. Constantly monitoring the set targets and working to achieve the goals.
6. Follow up with the customers and the credits pending collections.
7. Receiving material requisitions and forwarding for delivery
8. Making production order for special orders
9. Making invoices and deliveries for standard items and requirements for special orders once they are completed
10. Checking whether all product requirements have been fully satisfied as requested by client and if not, advising means of satisfying them
11. Assuring the best service to the customers
12. Handling customer complaints
13. Taking orders from customers
14. Advising customers on product options available

Minimum Qualifications
Knowledge/Qualifications
– Graduate in Marketing or business related field
– 4 to 5 years experience in Sales & Marketing (experience in the steel industry is preferred)
– Computer literacy essential
– Must be fluet in both English and Kiswahili
