Job Description

Position Title : Manager – Sales and Marketing (5)
Location : Kampala
Reports to (Position): Showroom Manager
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (KEY DELIVERABLES)

• Liaising and working with marketing companies for execution.
• Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers, and internal department.
• Growing the brand awareness by implementing various marketing programmes.
• To assist in preparing marketing budget.
• To assist in special events like road shows, and advertise and promote the product via direct coordination with various business partners across the region.
• To plan and execute the product launches.
• Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance, and improve overall program effectiveness over time
• To prepare the reports & Presentations and presenting to the top management.
• To execute the Market communication & promotional strategies.
• Interpreting market research and customer trends and feedback, advising management on the same.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION
Diploma or degree in marketing or related discipline with at least 5-7 years marketing experience preferably automobile.
