Job Summary:  The Corporate Sales Executive Team Leaders

will drive sales for our micro insurance products.  He/she will work under the supervision of

the  Corporate Sales Manager to ensure

the Milvik Uganda limited brand is strong, generate revenue by developing

market potential through lead generation and most importantly closing sales to

hit targets.


Key Duties and Responsibilities: 


·        
The incumbent will achieve specified monthly sales

targets for each member of your team;


·        
The job holders will be tasked with supervising the

attendance of Corporate Sales Executives to ensure that they are regular at

work and punctual;


·        
Provide coaching and support for Corporate Sales

Executives placed under performance coaching to graduate them to satisfactory

performance within a stipulated amount of time;


·        
Ensure that Corporate Sales Executives deposit cash

receipts from customers the same day sales transactions occur to achieve a 100%

same day deposit rate;


·        
Actively monitor sales activity to ensure that all

Corporate Sales Executives work in accordance with selling guidelines,

principles and conduct prescribed by the Company;


·        
Enforce the Company’s HR guidelines on misconduct

and non-performance to make sure that queries are issued and corrective action

is taken whenever required;


·        
The job holder will also seek out and recruit a

target number of qualified Corporate Sales Executives as specified by Company;


·        
Perform any other duties assigned to you by the

Corporate Sales Manager.


Qualifications, Skills and

Experience: 


·        
The applicants should hold any relevant academic

qualifications


·        
The applicants should have good sales planning and

pipeline execution skills


·        
Excellent interpersonal and networking skills


·        
Excellent writing and presentation skills in

English, with the ability to speak at least one local Ugandan language


·        
Self-driven with well-developed leadership skills

preferably with experience directly managing junior staff


·        
Ability to work in a start-up environment
