valuable client in the Agriculture Industry.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Thinking Creatively: Developing,

designing, or creating new applications, ideas, relationships, systems, or

products, including artistic contributions.

receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources.

Interacting with Computers: Using

computers and computer systems (including Hardware and software) to program,

write software, set up functions, enter data, or process information.

Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or

Subordinates:
Providing information to supervisors, co-workers,

and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.


·        
Selling or Influencing Others: Convincing

others to buy merchandise/goods or to otherwise change their minds or actions.

Making Decisions and Solving Problems: Analyzing

information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve

problems.


·        
Estimating the Quantifiable

Characteristics of Products, Events, or Information:
Estimating

sizes, distances, and quantities; or determining time, costs, resources, or

materials needed to perform a work activity.

Drafting, Laying Out, and Specifying

Technical Devices, Parts, and Equipment:
Providing documentation, detailed

instructions, drawings, or specifications to tell others about how devices,

parts, equipment, or structures are to be fabricated, constructed, assembled, modified,

maintained, or used.

Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing

Work:
Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and

accomplish your work.


·        
Performing for or Working directly with

the Public:
Performing for people or dealing directly with the

public. This includes serving customers in restaurants and stores, and receiving

clients or guests.


·        
Coordinating the Work and Activities of

Others:
Getting members of a group to work together to accomplish tasks.

Updating and Using Relevant Knowledge: Keeping

up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to your job.


·        
Perform any other duties as assigned by the

supervisor.


Qualifications, Skills and Experience: The ideal

candidate for the Interior Designer vacancy must possess the following skills;


·        
Customer and Personal Service: Knowledge of

principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This

includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and

evaluation of customer satisfaction.


·        
Design: Knowledge of

design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision

technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.


·        
Administration and Management: Knowledge of

business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource

allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods,

and coordination of people and resources.


·        
Sales and Marketing: Knowledge of

principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or

services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration,

sales techniques, and sales control systems.


·        
Clerical: Knowledge of

administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing,

managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and

other office procedures and terminology.


·        
Computers and Electronics: Knowledge of

circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware

and software, including applications and programming.


·        
Building and Construction: Knowledge of

materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of

houses, buildings, or other structures such as highways and roads. Mathematics: Knowledge of

arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications.


·        
Production and Processing: Knowledge of

raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other

techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.


·        
Economics and Accounting: Knowledge of

economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets,

banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data.


·        
English Language: Knowledge of

the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and

spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
