Holdings Limited is a company incorporated in Uganda and has a dairy farm, rent
properties and other projects in Mbale which is located in the eastern part of
Uganda.
Job Summary: The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will manage the
day-to-day administration and management of the affairs of the company and
shall ensure the implementation of the BOD decisions.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Chief Executive Officer of the Company
- The incumbent will act as the accounting
officer of the Company - Serve as Secretary to the Board of Directors
- Initiate and implement policies and
programmes of the Company and report on them to the Board and ensure that
the agreed objectives, targets and service standards are met - Responsible for management of the staff of
the Company - Responsible for ensuring proper management of
the properties of the Company - Provide oversight and technical direction as
required on the matters that will lead to better performance of the
business of the Company - Develop and oversee an operating plan to
guide the Company in performing its objectives - Develop an economic, efficient and cost
effective internal management structure - Performs any other duties necessary for the
implementation of the strategic plan of th Company.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate should hold be Ugandans
who hold a Bachelor’s degree in any of the following areas: BBA, B.Com,
Tax and Finance or any other business related courses. - At least five years’ experience in the
management of a busy and well organized institution. - The applicant must be an innovative person
capable of initiating profit making ventures for the company. - Good working and team building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large and
diverse groups.
