Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • The Graduate Trainee will manage the aikan

    jobs social media platforms which include Facebook, Instagram, twitter and

    Tumblr.

  • Welcome guests and resolve guest problems

    quickly and courteously.

  • Conduct market research on our competitors’

    products and pricing, keep up to date with current trends on job portals

    and keep aikan HR Uganda Limited informed.

  • Regularly respond to jobseekers queries

    regarding registration and uploading resumes on the aikan job portal.

  • Manage petty cash

  • Actively participate in posting jobs on the

    aikan job portal.

  • Create employer accounts when required.

  • Take part in downloading applications for

    posted jobs.


Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

  • The ideal candidate for the Graduate Trainee

    vacancy should hold  a university

    degree from a recognized institution.

  • Proven ability to adapt to different

    functions and activities.

  • Demonstrated ability to work under minimum

    supervision.

  • Ability to deliver set results while adhering

    to organizational values and standards of professionalism.

  • Basic computer knowledge.

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively.
