Job Summary: The Client Management Coordinator will primarily

promote / market IHK services and increase hospital’s referral business. 

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

• The jobholder will build and maintain
  
  business relationships with current and prospective clients with a focus
  
  on doctors and specialists 


• Evaluate customers’ needs and build
  
  productive long lasting client relationships Monitor and report on
  
  personal and team revenue targets


• The incumbent will manage and report on all
  
  aspects of the referral process 


• Responsible for Referral Specialists/Doctor
  
  payments and disseminate relevant information to them.


• Carry out market intelligence and competitor
  
  monitoring and reporting


• Report and provide feedback to management on
  
  day to day activities

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

• The ideal candidate for the Client Management
  
  Coordinator career opportunity should hold a first degree in a relevant
  
  field 


• Two years’ experience in healthcare or
  
  pharmaceuticals sales


• Excellent communication and negotiation
  
  skills


• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  
  Self-motivation, drive and initiative


• Flexibility to cope with frequent changes in
  
  service provision


• Good report writing skills


• Team Orientation
