No Experience Programs / Sponsorship Graduate Intern Jobs - Plan International

working in 50 developing countries across Africa, Asia and the Americas to

promote child rights and lift millions of children out of poverty. Plan’s

vision is of a world in which all children realize their full potential in

societies that respect people’s rights and dignity. Plan International is

independent, with no religious, political or governmental affiliations.


Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • The Programs / Sponsorship Graduate Intern will

    be tasked with mobilizing communities for planned activities

  • Actively participate in the facilitation

    process during trainings, meetings and community dialogues.

  • Carry out home visits

  • Generate quality and timely sponsorship

    communications


Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 


  • The ideal candidate for the Programs /

    Sponsorship Graduate Intern vacancy should have attained a Bachelor’s

    degree in Social Sciences / Development Studies in the last 18 months

  • No working experience required

  • The graduates should be willing to commit

    their time on the program for the entire year.

  • The graduates should demonstrated good

    character, creativity, honesty, positive attitude, ability to learn.

  • Graduates who were sponsored by Plan or have

    experienced the impact of Plan’s community development programs in their

    homes are encouraged to apply, including members of the Youth Advisory

    Panel.

  • Good team ethic

  • Proven ability to produce results within

    deadlines and work under pressure

  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and

    ability to establish credibility quickly

  • Ability to build and maintain effective

    working relationships across all levels

  • Excellent communication (oral and written)

    skills in English

  • Computer literacy i.e. working knowledge and

    ability to use MS Office tools
