Logistics Operations Supervisor - Uganda

We are currently seeking to recruit for one of our clients one Logistics Operations Supervisor.

Job Description:

Reporting to the Logistics operations superintendent, the Logistic operation supervisor will have the following main tasks :

Ensure the correct amount of trucks, lifting equipment are chartered.

Validate land transportation planning.

Assure the coordination with Drilling / Geosciences / Project entities.

Supervise material and staff air transports organization.

Prepare, coordinate and control land operation.

Organize safety briefing and manage investigation of safety incidents until conclusive close out in cooperation with HSE department.

Required Qualifications for candidates:

Minimum 5 years experience in logistics operation as supervisor / superintendent and a suitable general knowledge in oil industry logistics.
Teambuilding awareness, leadership, multicultural awareness, environmental awareness, organization, anticipation skills,
fluent in english is suitable.
