Future Options Consulting Ltd is an HR Consultancy company that seeks
to recruit for its valuable client in the Manufacturing Industry.
Key
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build
and strengthen working relationships with clients by providing support,
information, and guidance. - The
incumbent should keep time and cordially attend to customers within the
established Office rules. - Contributing
to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. - Quickly
respond to client queries in a minimum of 24 hours. - Routinely
attending to Clients. - Prepares
and submit reports on sales, quotes and new clients. - The
Sales Assistant will be tasked to gain a clear understanding of customers
businesses and requirements; - Sells
products by establishing contact and developing relationships with
prospects; recommending solutions.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
- The
ideal candidate should preferably hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business
Administration, Economics or Commerce from a recognised institution. - Practical
experience in handling and closing sales. - Prior
experience in managing front office and administration issues. - Computer
literacy skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and statistical data
packages. - Customer
care experience. - Passion
for selling steel and roofing products. - Proficiency
in local languages within the business area.
