Job Summary: The IT Business

Intelligence Analyst will support the Bank’s Chief Information officer (CIO)

and senior management through the provision of suitable management reporting

and business analytics support in line with defined performance metrics.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

·        
In charge of analysing collected data to provide

reports containing sufficient level of detail to enable the Management team to

make informed decisions (for continuous improvement in line with IT plans and

KPIs).

·        
Responsible for preparing of presentations,

dashboards and reports as required by the CIO.

·        
Participate in and coordinate IT Management

committee forums, including but not limited to drafting of minutes and the

agenda as well as noting and tracking of action items.

·        
Work collaboratively with partners with department

leaders to develop and support operational improvement initiatives through the

use of statistical data and key analysis.

·        
Take part in business forums, that require IT

representation, as mandated / required by the Chief Information Officer

·        
Create a good understanding of the IT contribution

to business and communicate effectively at senior management levels of

engagement

·        
Sending out communication to relevant stakeholders

on important information relating to IT

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  

·        
The applicant should preferably hold an Honours

Business Degree (preferably; statistics, mathematics) holder from a recognized

University (min – 2nd class  upper or

equivalent).

·        
Possession of professional ITIL Certification

·        
At least three to five years information technology

experience

·        
Computer literacy i.e. Competence in MS office tools

(PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

·        
Understanding of databases

·        
Skills and knowledge in Financial and IT Reporting

·        
Excellent data analysis skills
