Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

·        
Carry out general physical activities in warehouse;

loading, unloading, sorting and moving products and materials manually and using

material handling equipment.

·        
Read work orders and receive verbal instructions for

work assignments

·        
Fill and complete order receipts, and assembled

orders in shipping containers

·        
Keenly inspect deliveries from suppliers and sign

delivery notes

·        
In charge of transporting filled orders to and from

shipping area

·        
Stock shelves and keep inventory clean and organized

·        
Carry out general cleaning duties

·        
Pack goods following specific sets of instructions;

reviewing packing lists, preparing containers for packing, checking to ensure

containers are damage free, counting items, verifying if items are correct,

sealing and labeling each container.

·        
Fill out forms and waybill to record measurement,

weight, and product count.

·        
Perform regular physical count of inventory.

Qualifications, Skills and

Experience: 

·        
The Warehouse Associate should preferably hold a certificate

or diploma in logistics, supply chain, business, sales & marketing or any

other relevant field.

·        
Prior experience in warehousing or stock taking.

·        
Demonstrated leadership skills

·        
Ability to work independently

·        
Ability to work in multicultural teams

·        
Good level of physical fitness and ability to lift

loads up to 30kg.

·        
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·        
Keen attention to details

·        
Prior experience in coordinating loading processes

·        
Proven resilience to handle multiple tasks and meet

short deadlines.

·        
Flexibility to adapt to rapidly evolving

responsibilities.
