Job Summary: The Human Resources Officer will offer
technical support for planning, organizing and coordinating all functions of
human resources relations through recruitment, reward management, employee
maintenance and development, labour relations and employee exit.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
·
The applicant should hold a bachelor’s degree in a
relevant discipline
·
Possession of a post graduate diploma in HR
Management will be an added advantage
·
At least three years’ experience in a large
operations company.
·
Additional skills include report writing, counselling
and mediation skills.
·
Fluency in both English and Swahili is desired.
