The African
Network for the Prevention and Protection against Child Abuse and Neglect
(ANPPCAN) Uganda Chapter is a non-profit child focused organization working to
protect and promote the rights of children in Uganda.
Job Summary: The Project
Officer will assist the District Programme Coordinator in ensuring sustainable
operation and timely implementation of various planned project activities in
the field.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
·
The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree
in social work, social sciences, development studies, special needs education
or a related field of study.
·
Possession of a post graduate certificate/diploma in
project monitoring and evaluation will be an added advantage.
·
A minimum of three years’ experience in delivering livelihood
and education interventions aimed at empowering young persons.
·
Basic knowledge of Uganda sign language is mandatory
