vulnerable people using our community-focused approach.

Job Summary: The Regional

Program Manager will support the Uganda Country Director (LI-CD) through the

provision of proactive, thoughtful, and accountable leadership and management

of WASH programs in Kaliro district through:

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

·        
In charge of recruiting and providing management

support to program staff.

·        
The incumbent will be operationalizing the Lifewater

approaches.

·        
Applying internal processes for program delivery.

·        
Take part in strategic planning.

·        
Significantly contributing to LI learning and

improvements.

·        
Steering planning/budgeting for WASH programs.

·        
The incumbent will be managing timely reporting for

assigned programs.

·        
Coordinating baseline surveys and evaluations.

·        
Representing Lifewater International Country

Director in district forums.

·        
Managing/accounting for assigned LI resources

·        
Acting on program audit recommendations.

·        
Perform any other assignments by the Lifewater

International Country Director.

Qualifications, Skills and

Experience: 

·        
The ideal candidate should preferably hold an M.A or

MSc Degree in Public Health, Development Studies or relevant fields.

·        
Attained WASH, Project Planning/Management training.

·        
At least five years of related work experience in

rural development/WASH.

·        
Previous experience at leading sizable program

teams.

·        
Skilled financial and human resource manager.

·        
Must be a committed Christian, able to work in

denominational diversities
