Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervising, guiding and motivating, team
with targeted plans for the sales team. - Motivate and inspire team members.
- Ensure discussions and decisions lead toward
closure. - Provide the team with a vision of the project
objectives. - Aggressively grow sales volume so as to meet
sales monthly/ quarterly target. - Keenly monitor competitors’ market
- Effectively plan own activities to ensure
sales and revenue targets are met.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should preferably hold a
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or other related courses - At least five years of related work
experience. - Age: 28-35 years
