Key Duties and Responsibilities: The Buyer will be responsible for:

• Carrying out operational and tactical
  
  procurement of goods and services.


• Offering technical support in the delivery of
  
  savings and supply efficiencies within the country procurement pillar.


• Charged with the preparation and issuance of
  
  local purchase orders for supplies, equipment and services.


• Preparation and submission of Category and
  
  Operational Management reports and analysis including tracking and
  
  performance tools.


• Ensuring that global and local policies and
  
  procedures are conveyed to end users in the procurement of goods and
  
  services.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

• The ideal candidate should hold an
  
  Undergraduate degree / equivalent in a relevant field including
  
  purchasing, management, supply chain or business related courses.


• A minimum of two years’ work experience in
  
  procurement
