Key Duties and Responsibilities:

In charge of coordinating between Factory and

Outlets

·        
Responsible for market development: Getting new

orders / Clients.

·        
Market Follow up: Constant monitoring of

customer/market behavior and reporting.

·        
Market Research: in charge of collecting information

relevant to our products/ competitor products in the market and updating

reports.

·        
Constantly monitoring the set targets and working to

achieve the goals.

·        
Follow up with the customers & the credits

pending collections.

·        
In charge of receiving material requisitions and

forwarding for delivery

·        
Making production order for special orders

·        
Making invoices and deliveries for standard items

and requirements for special orders once they are completed

·        
Regularly checking whether all product requirements

have been fully satisfied as requested by client and if not, advising means of

satisfying them

·        
Assuring the best service to the customers

·        
Managing all customer complaints

·        
Taking orders from customers

·        
Guiding customers on product options available

Qualifications, Skills and

Experience: 

·        
The applicant should hold s degree in marketing or

business related field

·        
At least two to three years’ experience in Sales

(experience in the steel industry is an added advantage)

·        
Computer literacy skills

·        
Excellent verbal communication skills

·        
Ability to work independently

·        
Good problem solving skills

·        
Excellent interpersonal skills

·        
High degree of integrity

·        
Tenacity and persistence – ability to overcome

rejection and ‘bounce back’ from rejection with an optimistic, energised

outlook

Flexibility and innovation – confident in trying new

things and exploring new sales leads

Goal driven – ability to thrive in a results driven

environment
