Limited is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African

Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda and South Sudan.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

• Employee referral check; scoring and
  
  Selection of candidates that meet the requirements in each job description
  
  (JD)


• Responsible for interview arrangement;
  
  Conduct interviews with the Line Managers


• Updating the vacancies rack and provide the
  
  summary report to recruitment Manager on weekly basis


• In charge of reviewing the Recruitment agency
  
  invoices before forwarded to the recruitment Manager for approval.


• Offer of employment (follow up on offer and
  
  acceptance)


• Work as a key liaison with Shared Services on
  
  all recruitments documents Coordinate job fairs, new advertisement etc


• Handling new employees reporting duty, such
  
  as induction and reporting needs


• Update the Employment / Vacancies Report


• Carrying out background checks and entire
  
  vetting procedure to all on boarding

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  

• The ideal candidate should hold a Degree in
  
  Human resource, Project management and any other related field of studies


• One to two years of related work experience
  
  in similar functions


• Efficient in IT related vetting tools,
  
  recruitment systems and computer knowledge, excel, word and any other software


• Excellent interpersonal and communications
  
  skills, both verbal and written


• Demonstrated ability to demonstrate
  
  initiative and assertiveness


• Ability to plan and manage work in an
  
  efficient manner


• Demonstrated ability to work well under
  
  stress and time pressures


• Keen attention to detail and team builder
