NFT Human Resource Solutions are customer tailored per industry requirements and are geared towards increased cost savings, process improvement leading to improved efficiency and effectiveness yet simultaneously strengthening quality and control of resources.Job Summary: The Facilities Officer will be primarily responsible for planning, organizing and implementing the activities of the facilities section using appropriate procedures/systems in place for effective performance.Key Duties and Responsibilities: Develops related budgets and oversees leasing contracts, coordinates procurement of furniture and equipment for all offices;Oversees third party service contracts including cleaning service providers and others and directs preventive maintenance procedures for all facilities;Manages the rent payment, utility bills and rates for all offices;Manages the telephone allocation, usage and payments;Makes sure that all office buildings, parking lots, store areas, grounds and equipment are well maintained and in optimal working conditions;Manages office space planning to ensure that the facility layout will accommodate present and future needs;Conducts periodic inspections of facilities, assesses problems and needs, and implements improvements in operations as appropriate;Ensures facility operations are in compliance with established health and safety procedures;Compiles and produces reports for senior managementQualifications, Skills and Experience: The Facilities Officer should preferably hold a Bachelor's degree in a business related field.At least three or more years’ experience in Facilities Management in a commercial oriented environment.Detailed knowledge of budgeting, service contracts and leasing agreementsExcellent leadership skillsHigh integrity and honestyExcellent analytical skillsGood communication skillsStrong problem solving skillsExcellent customer care skillsAbility to organize, coordinate and direct activitiesAll suitably qualified candidates should visit the web link below and create a profile on the NFT Consult website by entering their e-mail addresses.
