i. Maintains and enhances implementation of the organization’s human resources policies, programs, an
d practices.
ii. Responsible for planning and organizing the recruitment, training, retention, utilization and exit of the human recourse. Qualification Experience ami skills:
iii A degree of Arts/social sciences with a bias in Personnel or HR Management.
iv Excellent knowledge of human resources hiring, retention, and remunerations processes attained through 3 to 5 years of progressive work experience with a focus on labour laws and regulatory requirements.
