Job Description:
The Procurement Director will be responsible for leading the strategic identification, development and execution of procurement, grants and financial aid operations across the organisation, while ensuring quality and value for money.
S/he will provide specialist advice, guidance and service on best practice procurement across the organisation and lead in the identification, assessment and management of potential risks associated with differing sourcing strategies. This will include providing insight through the analysis of spend, supply markets and savings.
The ideal candidate will possess an undergraduate degree, a Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) qualification or equivalent, and at least 10 years’ of work experience in a similar role, in a busy and demanding environment.
