Toyota Uganda is the market leader in

Uganda’s automotive industry. We are a wholly owned subsidiary of Toyota Tsusho

Corporation in Japan and the sole official distributor of brand new Toyota

vehicles in Uganda as appointed by Toyota Motor Corporation. Our key business

activities include the sale of Toyota motor vehicles, genuine parts and motor

vehicle servicing & repair as well as Yamaha motorcycles, Hino trucks and

Case tractors.


As part of our Corporate Social

Responsibility, Toyota Uganda is announcing its seventh intake for the

apprentice training program with the objective of imparting practical skills to

Automotive Mechanics who have just obtained their academic qualification hence

improving the skill levels of mechanics in the Republic of Uganda. This

training leads to certification from Toyota Motor Corporation. The program

lasts two years with 20% theory and 80% practical work in our automotive

workshop.


Qualifications, Skills and

Experience:

The

applicants for the Apprenticeship must be fresh graduates in the field of

Automotive Mechanics/ Automotive Engineering with a minimum of a Diploma.


Age: Below 24 years of age.


All interested candidates for the

position of apprentice are required to submit a handwritten application with

copies of your academic credentials attached. The complete applications should
