Pope Paul VI Memorial Hotel is a
luxurious Hotel whose main objective is to offer an outstanding service to its
esteemed customers.
Job Summary: The Head Store Keeper is responsible for
ensuring efficient and effective management of the Hotel’s stores including
perishable and durable items.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
·
The
incumbent should hold a degree in Procurement and Supply chain Management, or
in Purchasing and Supplies Management, or Procurement and Logistics Management
or in a related field of specialization. Possession of post graduate diploma in
stores management or supply chain or professional certification and/ or
membership with CIPS is an added advantage.
·
At
least three years’ experience with a busy company/organization in a similar
position, and with managerial, supervisory and leadership ability.
·
Demonstrate
work experience in stores and logistics management.
·
Working
knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory.
·
Computer
literacy i.e. Knowledgeable of basic computer application like MS- Office
packages and ERP Systems knowledge is an added advantage
·
Ability
to analyze and solve inventory problems.
·
Ability
to effect night purchases of Market food items.
