The Project Manager should have 10 years experience in Project Management of similar projects and Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering with good working knowledge regarding all engineering fields defined in the project scope. The Project Manager shall have at least managed three projects of similar nature and magnitude.The Project Manager shall coordinate the activities of the Consultant's team and follow up on the required outputs in close cooperation with the Employer and the contractor. From the start of the site activities till commissioning and hand over of facilities, the Project Manager shall be based in Uganda on a full time basis and this function shall not be delegated without knowledge and approval of the Employer
