will be responsible for the entire Supply Chain Management activity within the Group businessto Develop a Long term Supply Chain Plan for the Organization to reduce inventories and minimum stocks management/inventory management. Should have Excellent Knowledge on SCM activities related to textile & garment segmentEffective PPC and Inventory ManagementProficient in 3P concepts and Managing Logistic activitiesConduct current and future forecasting analysis, designing and generating weekly and monthly statistical forecast reportsWeekly and monthly Budgets related to Material Costs, Vendor payment managementLead forecast and inventory planning meetings with the Sales Organization, reviewing recommended sales forecasts and inventory goals (emphasis on material cost incidence, new product introduction, and promotions).Manage inventory targets (including safety stock levels). Prepare, report, and communicate forecast and inventory measurements to management (forecast accuracy, inventory plan vs. targets). Working closely with senior management and clients to create customized purchasing proposals and to develop growth strategy and plans.Interact frequently with sales, marketing and manufacturing personnel to balance supply and demand & execute special projects. Coordinate supply of finished goods, Review New Product introductions, and Promotion Calendar to ensure that Supply Chain can support all program requirements. Provide Purchasing with requisitions and vendor schedules, receipt confirmation, invoice verification and report the Variances. Develop a negotiation strategy that delivers against business objectives and achieves sustainable relationships with suppliers. Responsible for maintaining all inventories and new purchases for the company Responsible for transportation analysis and savings/cost opportunity analysis and the implementation and management of cost analysis measures Plan and monitor budgets.
