Key Duties and Responsibilities: Researches the local market for various suppliers to ensure competitive prices for the materials to be procured Maintains and updates a database of all local suppliers with their respective prices and payment termsActively coordinates with the various sections of the company to attend to all their purchasing needsIssues all Purchase Orders while liaising with the Accounts and other sections to ensure a smooth payment processIssues all GRNs and Delivery Notes to the Logistics section in order to keep an accurate stockThe incumbent will also ensure that all OH&S/QMS procedures are regularly monitored and followedQualifications, Skills and Experience: The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma in Purchasing & Supply A minimum of two to four years’ experience in similar fieldAll suitably qualified candidates should visit the web link below and create a profile on the NFT Consult website by entering their e-mail addresses.
