• Development of Innerwear (Mens Vest, Mens Brief, Ladies Bra & Panty) range of products from conceptual stage - packing – packaging upto launch of product & active participation in preparations of marketing plan.
• Identification, appointment & nurturing of Distributors / channel of distribution considering product, geographical features & requirement of the company from time to time.
• Achievement of Weekly, Monthly and Yearly Sales Target given by immediate Supervisor / GM Sales.
• Managing merchandising / product display at Distributors / retailers level in designated territory.
• Generation of monthly market surveillance report relating to competitors in market.
• Performing any other duties that may be assigned by immediate Supervisor / GM Sales
