Personal Specifications

?More than 2 years? experience in the clinical setting, 2 of which should be actively providing HIV treatment and care
?Qualification in health care management or equivalent
?Qualification in paediatrics
?Experience in management of major health centre activities
?Ability to lead and build the capabilities of a diverse team.
?Excellent people and communication (written, oral and IT) skills, both within the organization and to a wide range of external communities, funders, public policy makers and collaborators.
?Understanding of finance, strategic development and planning, budgeting, finance, information systems and human resources.
