Personal Specifications

?More than 2 years? experience in monitoring and evaluating project
?Qualification in monitoring and evaluating or equivalent
?Experience working in HIV/AIDS, children
?Ability to lead and build the capabilities of a diverse team.
?Excellent people and communication (written, oral and IT) skills
