UPCID Research Operations Manager

Key responsibilities

?Work with the UPCID Medical Director, US-based Research Operations Manager, US-based Laboratory Operations Manager, Principal Investigators as well as study teams to implement research protocols.
?Ensure proper implementation and conduct of research studies, reporting of adverse events, status updates, and compliance with regulatory and human subjects regulations.
?Supervise study research staff and meet weekly with study teams.
?Work with US-based Research Operations Manager to orient new investigators to site expectations and procedures.
?Develop research infrastructure, including cross-protocol operating procedures and work practice guidelines.
?Develop and adopt policies related to study-specific and human subjects training.
?Identify and articulate research team needs, such as access to space, equipment, supplies, etc.
