Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Be responsible for the adaptation and implementation of organizational policies, procedures, and systems for the management of human resources and administration
• Serve as advisor to the managing Director and senior management Team (SMT) on updated laws and regulations in the areas of HR and administration and take initiative to ensure compliance
• Provide functional leadership for the development of security policies, guidelines and standard operating procedures

Knowledge and Education
• University degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or social sciences with a bias in Human Resource Management
• Post-graduate diploma in human resource management or related field is essential
• Computer literacy and proficiency in MIS/HRIS is desirable

Personal Attributes:
• High integrity, self-driven and able to set own work schedule with rigorous deadlines
• High level of professional people management and customer care skills
• Ability to initiate and complete assignments and to work under demanding circumstances with minimal supervision
