Duties and Responsibilities:
• Business development so as to contribute to the targeted growth in the balance sheet and profit
• Good knowledge of chosen markets and excellent presentation skills
• excellent credit packaging and structuring
Key Performance Indicators
• Achieving targeted profits
• Asset quality
• Customer service index
• Learning and growth index
Experience:
3-5 years corporate or wholesales banking
Job Requirements:
• A good first degree
• Masters or other professional qualifications will be added advantage
