Organizational Profile:
Welthungerhilfe is an international German NGO carrying out humanitarian activities in the Great Lakes
Region notably. In DR Congo, Welthungerhilfe is working in the provinces of Maniema and North-Kivu. Its projects are mainly focused on food security and improvement of basic infrastructures.
Welthungerhilfe/ DR Congo Country Office is looking for a very dynamic, highly motivated and qualified candidate for the position of Executive Assistant.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
· General support to the management of the Country Office and development of procedures to support the management of the offices in DRC
· Support the management in following-up the Congolese administration and tax system rules and regulations, and solving administrative issues in DRC
· Support the management in developing a national HR policy for DRC
Requirements:
· A University Degree (Master) in Business Administration or related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position with international NGOs.
· Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel).
· Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize work with close attention to details even under pressure of deadlines.
· Excellent oral and written French AND English.
· Knowledge of the DRC context is a must.
