Functional Support Specialist – Human Resources | - 2015

As a Functional Support Specialist you will have the opportunity to contribute to our on-going success by delivering quality and timely services during and post implementation of our products to our customers for all project deployments. This position provides first line support to our customers and provides the opportunity to learn new technologies and enterprise applications in delivering better service to our government customers.

Main Responsibilities:

Analyze customer issues and requirements and facilitate solutions
Learn and understand clients’ environment and assist with utilizing the product to the full potential
Act as primary functional support contact for the client during deployment and post-implementation of the solution
Provide 1st and 2nd level support to Government
Support the creation of training materials and provide training to end users on the Accountability Suite, including other sub systems that are affected by the GRP solution
Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

University degree in Human Resources
Previous experience with the support and or implementation ERP systems in particular Human Resource Management Information Systems
Must have previous experience with government human resource and payroll processes
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
Possess a strong sense of global citizenship and willingness to engage in global initiatives at FreeBalance
Ability to travel as required
Read, write and speak English fluently

This is a full-time position based in South Sudan.
