Key Duties and Responsibilities:
·Ensure optimum return on investment and increase in market share
·Represent Agency in Client –agency contracts and networking to secure new business
·Responsible for the implementation of company sales goals and objectives
·Advise and make regular inputs into the current and future corporate strategy of the organisation
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
·The ideal candidate should have at least five years’ experience in senior managerial role in marketing of services or offering HR solutions.
·The candidate must also hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Social sciences.Possession of an MBA or professional qualification in any area of Marketing or HR will be an added advantage
·Proficiency in the techniques, processes and practice of marketing services in the UgandanMarket
·Strong Business relationship/service skills for client relationship building, solution sales, and securing new businesses
·Excellent Communication Skills
·Good organizational and administrative skill
·Excellent analytical and numerical skills
