company.
Job Summary: The Human
Resource Manager will handle recruitment, payroll, appraisals and grievance.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
applicant should hold a degree in HR (MBA or MSc in HR preferred) from a
recognized institute of higher learning. - At
least three years’ experience in Human Resource. - Past
exposure and experience in managing Performance Management System &
M&E process is an added advantage. - Excellent
interpersonal skills - Ability
to implement human resource policies and procedures within the
organisation. - Computer
literacy skills i.e. Microsoft Office proficiency
