JOB PURPOSE:
The Managing Director (MD) will be responsible for the management of the bank and exercises overall
control of administration, decision making, goal setting and supervision of Heads of Departments.
The post holder will, therefore, oversee effective and efficient running of the bank’s activities and service delivery in accordance with corporate guidelines and guidance from the Board of directors while ensuring maximum security and safety.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Managing Director will be charged with the responsibilities of executing the bank’s business strategy, ensuring total compliance to Government & Central Bank regulations, Leadership & Administration of the bank, effectively managing Assets & Liabilities of the bank, business development & profitability of the bank, Communication & reporting to the board of directors, managing internal & external relations with stake holders and achieving corporate targets among others.
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS:
•A graduate with Masters degree in Business Administration, or any other relevant field from a reputable University
•A minimum of 6 years progressive experience in a similar role preferably from a busy bank with demonstrable past achievements.
•Highly proven analytical, organizational and leadership skills.
•Highly developed Communication skills in English Language.
•Willingness to work in South Sudan.
