NFT Consult would like to recruit for its valuable client which specializes

in providing fuel card processing services to retail petroleum companies in

Africa. The company has been awarded a contract to supply and operate the fuel

card system for one of Africa’s largest petroleum retailers in 12 countries in

Africa.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Formatting

    and issuing fuel cards.

  • Responsible

    for recharging fuel cards.

  • Preparing

    payment terminals for Retailers.

  • Actively

    monitoring collection and processing of transactions from payment

    terminals.

  • Performing

    day-end controls.

  • Preparing

    statements for card Customers and Retailers.

  • Processing

    all queries from Customers and Retailers and providing first level

    support.


Key Performance Indicators:

  • Understanding

    of the business environment, processes, responsibilities and work tools.

  • Absence

    of errors in performance of assigned responsibilities.

  • Performance

    in comparison with colleagues in similar positions.

  • Demonstration

    of desired personal attributes and skills.

  • Customers’

    references.


Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  

  • The

    ideal candidate should possess several years of experience within

    corporate environment, preferably banking.

  • Extensively

    used computers in the work environment and a confident use of Microsoft Office.

  • Applicants

    who possess a relevant diploma or certificate will have an advantage.

  • Fluency

    in both written and spoken English, and able to communicate effectively

    and professionally.

  • Highly

    reliable and punctual.

  • Diligent,

    loyal and not overly ambitious.

  • Positive,

    solutions oriented and have a desire to continuously improve the way we

    work.

  • Ability

    to work independently and pro-actively.

  • Able

    to perform repetitive work with a high level of accuracy (detail

    oriented).

  • Able
