Uganda Limited is a new micro insurance provider in the market.
Job Summary: The Sales representative will work under the
supervision of the Sales Manager to ensure the Milvik Uganda limited brand is
strong and generate revenue by developing market potential through lead
generation and most importantly closing sales to hit targets for its for our
micro insurance products.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Representative will explain and sell the company’s
insurance products to our target market. - The Representative will register clients who want to
sign up on our insurance package using a mobile handset to be provided. - The Representative will deposit all monies generated
after close of each working day into the company’s provided mobile money
wallet. - Refer clients who may have questions after being
insured to call the company’s Customer Care number. - The Representative will actively contribute their
valuable ideas to team meetings. - Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and
sensitivity to portray Milvik Uganda Limited in a positive manner
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The candidates should hold diploma qualifications relevant to
pursuing a micro-insurance career - Proven ability to hit sales targets
- Ability to effectively work with teams
- Exceptional communication skills in English
- Ability to learn and share technical specifications of
Milvik Uganda Limited products.
