Uganda’s automotive industry. We are a wholly owned subsidiary of Toyota Tsusho

Corporation in Japan and the sole official distributor of brand new Toyota

vehicles in Uganda as appointed by Toyota Motor Corporation. Our key business

activities include the sale of Toyota motor vehicles, genuine parts and motor

vehicle servicing & repair as well as Yamaha motorcycles, Hino trucks and

Case tractors.

Job Summary: The Parts Sales Representative will be

responsible for achieving departmental revenue targets and customer

satisfaction through effectively selling parts to existing and new customers.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

·        
Achieve

sales targets through effectively selling parts.

·        
Record

service rate and lost sales data accurately.

·        
Provide

courteous customer service assistance in terms of technical advice and

enquiries by customers.

·        
In

charge of preparing quotations requested by retail customers, fleet owners and

workshop.

·        
Demonstrate

the functioning and operation of products.

·        
Handle

all sales invoices and arranging for delivery of products.

·        
Perform

any other duties that he/she may be assigned.

Qualifications, Skills and

Experience: 

·        
The

ideal candidate for the Parts Sales Representatives should hold a Bachelor’s

degree in a business discipline.

·        
Two

or more years’ experience in Sales & Marketing

·        
Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills.

·        
Technical

knowledge is an added advantage.
