Uganda’s automotive industry. We are a wholly owned subsidiary of Toyota Tsusho

Corporation in Japan and the sole official distributor of brand new Toyota

vehicles in Uganda as appointed by Toyota Motor Corporation. Our key business

activities include the sale of Toyota motor vehicles, genuine parts and motor

vehicle servicing & repair as well as Yamaha motorcycles, Hino trucks and

Case tractors.

Job Summary: The Leasing Manager will be responsible

for enhancing business growth in Toyota through effectively promoting product

and service sales through the provision of 

internal and external financing options.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

·        
Ensure

growth and profitability of the leasing portfolio within Toyota Uganda.

·        
Actively

monitor the function’s budget and ensure the costs do not exceed the budget.

·        
The

incumbent will ensure the proper management of contracts and service agreements

with customers and service providers.

·        
In

charge of developing and maintaining effective networks for financing and

insurance services.

·        
Guide

customers on the various lease options while clarifying the roles and

responsibilities of each party within the transaction.

·        
Ensure

that budgets and sales objectives are met by providing training and support to

the sales team.

·        
Provide

support, supervision and mentoring of the leasing team.

Qualifications, Skills and

Experience: 

·        
The

applicant should preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline.

·        
At

least four years’ experience at senior level in finance field

·        
Excellent

leadership and interpersonal skills

·        
Possess

the ability to peruse & interpret contracts.

·        
Detailed

insurance knowledge is an added advantage
