You can choose flexibly between earning a retainer plus commission or simply higher commission.Key Duties and Responsibilities:  Access client needs and educate them on the IAA-Resolution health insurance coverage, and follow up consistently to establish sales possibilities.Negotiate and sell the IAA-Resolution health insurance cover to clients.Build and maintain working relationships with clients on behalf of the company by providing fast and quality service.Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  The sales and marketing executives should hold relevant diplomas or degreesAt least two years’ experience in a business role dealing with peopleBe mature, smart and presentable; High business acumenProficiency in both spoken and written English Excellent communication skillsHigh person initiative, with focus on what can be done as opposed to what cannot, and refuse to accept obstacles, pushing for achievementPossess good listening skillsAbility to identify other people's needs and react accurately to their behaviour and emotionsHighly competitive, and not afraid to exert pressure or influence, and are determined to win and willing to take risks to do soPossess the ability to articulate objectives and goals clearly and assign timelines.Possess a sense of urgency and the need to act, having a no excuse mind-set and a positive outlookAll candidates are encouraged to email their applications to jobs@iaa-resolution.co.ug consisting of your application letter and updated CV listing three references, quoting the position in the email subject. Process all client queries and complaints in a confidential, professional and timely manner.Write and submit reports to the Operations Manager

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  The Database Officer should possess a Diploma in Records Management, Statistics, Information Technology or its equivalentExtensive knowledge of computer packages essential like Ms Word, Access, Excel and Outlook.

Announcement: 

IRG seeks professionals with experience in land administration, peace building, conflict resolution and mitigation, for both long- and short-term positions under the anticipated USAID-funded SAFE project in Uganda.  The SAFE project is designed to strengthen mechanisms for resolution of conflicts over land, oil and ethnic diversity primarily in Northern and Central Uganda.  We are looking for expressions of interest from qualified professionals in the following areas:

Public Information (with background in radio programming)Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) (with experience in court annexed arbitration and mediation)Land Tenure LawLand and Mineral Rights LawLand Registry, Land Records, and Land RecordingLand and Oil Mineral RightsLand-Use and Land MarketGeographic Information Systems/Global Positioning System (GIS/GPS)Gender and Land Tenure (with experience in customary and statutory law)Monitoring and Evaluation (with experience in Collaborating, Learning and Adapting activities)

Qualified Ugandan nationals are strongly encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:

Experience working on peace building, conflict resolution and mitigation, and land administration programsRelevant and recent experience in Uganda and/or region (Horn and East Africa)Experience working on donor-funded development programs (USAID experience preferred)Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred (in relevant field)Experience in conflict/post-conflict environmentsFluency in English required; knowledge of local languages highly desirable
