? Bachelor?s Degree or its equivalent, an MBA would be an added advantage.
? Must possess a minimum of 7 years experience in Sales and Marketing with a Leadership position in FMCG Business.
? Managerial level with a world class manufacturing company with at least 4 years in sales and marketing management.
? Excellent performance and verifiable track record.
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written and collaborative management style.
? Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing sales and marketing team and major projects or initiatives.
? Excellent computer skills and proficiency in excel, word, outlook, and access.
? Experience in export oriented business and brand management.
? Experience in logistics and supply chain is an added advantage.
? Must be well organized, flexible and must be able to embrace the challenge of managing a big group of diverse people and businesses.
