Job Title: Information System Analyst
Key Responsibilities
Provide system level support to multi-user hardware and software tools and applications including installation, configuration and the maintenance of ATC systems;Carry out extensive analysis to ensure ICT systems are secure, optimized and available.Design, plan, recommend or procure systems in order to ensure operating efficiency.Requirement:The successful candidate must have:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience;Knowledge of procurement best practices;Knowledge of a broad range of relevant multi-user computer systems, applications and equipment;Knowledge of current technological developments and trends;Knowledge of copyright laws as they pertain to the use of computer software;Working knowledge of computer security procedures and protocolsThe position reports to the Manager, Information Technology (IT) Support
